The 19C-1E produces zero emissions at point of use, allowing contractors to work internally without producing harmful fumes.

It will also permit rail contractors to operate in tunnels and underground environments mitigating costly exhaust extraction equipment.

Work will be able to continue after normal hours in urban streets, without disturbing residents, as well as operating in other noise sensitive environments as the new 19C-1E is 6 decibels quieter than its diesel equivalent.
